• A Multi -speed doffing system oscillates before vertical lattice to open up fibre and also controls feeling
• High speed striper roller drum with adjustment of speed is provided to achieve uniform fibre feeding
• A permanent magnetic system can be provided to sense & prevent the presence of iron particles while feeding the fiber

Continuous Conveyor Type Fiber Dryer

• The Complete Dryer is insulated from all the sides by insulating panels.
• Each chamber is having top & bottom Finned type Heater with filters to evenly heat the air and evenly dry the material, which is moving on the conveyor from all around.
• The material on the conveyor is moving in an opposition direction then the serpentine airflow witch dries the material on conveyor from all sides evenly.
• Each chamber is having big dual suction blower, running on ball bearing housed in separate housing for continuous powerful airflow with individual Motor by belt drive.
• There is Overhead duct from 1st chamber to last chamber with Dumper arrangement to re-circulate the hot air or to blow out if saturated with manual dumper setting saved heat energy.
• The Complete Conveyor fabricated out of rust proof heat conductive perforated metallic Sheets.
• The Chains manufactured out of heat-treated material with all the roller and pin grounded on centre less grinder for additional friction free life and next to nil wear tare. Guaranteed for trouble free working with normal Lubrication.
• The Complete Conveyor can be equipped with either a step pulley A.C Variable drive or with A.C. inverter or D.C. Variable Speed drive for setting different type of stay time according to material to be dried as per Client's Choices at an extra cost.
